Shipping within New Zealand is $20NZD. Please email for international rates.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

All our ceramic lights are hand crafted in Auckland, New Zealand.

Yes, please get in touch with us so that we can give you an accurate shipping quote depending on your order.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

If product is not in stock, lead time is 3 to 4 weeks.

CAN YOU DO OTHER COLOURS?

Standard Glazes: White gloss glaze (pictured), cream crackle gloss glaze, teal gloss crackle glaze.

Red gloss crackle glaze, orange gloss crackle glaze and black brown semi gloss glaze available at 10% surcharge.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Due to the fragile nature of the light, we do not accept returns or refunds on change of mind purchases. All electrics are guaranteed. If your product is faulty, please get in touch with us.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LIGHT?

The ceramic lights are delicate and should be handled in the same way as all other ceramic objects, clean with with a dry cloth. Keep them in a safe and secure place away from little hands and pets.

WHAT TYPE OF BULB DOES MY LIGHT TAKE?

Our table lights take E14 220 VA LED light bulbs (supplied with all lights).

Our wall lights come supplied lamp and fitting. Each light varies depending on your wall requirements.
